Exploring Noosa Coastal Walk & Tanglewood Track
I recently travelled up to Noosa (Queensland, Australia) to try filming the Noosa Coastal Walk and Tanglewood Trail in the Noosa National Park. Surprisingly there was already people on the trail and surfers leaving the beach when I got to the carp park at the start at 4am.
The trail started from Sunshine Beach before joining onto the southern end of the Coastal Walk to Noosa Heads, then back to the start of the trail walk circuit via the Tanglewood track. Noosa National Park is located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia, 150km north of Brisbane.
The nature walk offers views of Noosa Northshore, Lake Cootharaba (start of Noosa Everglades), Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach, Mount Coolum, and Noosa Main Beach and Hastings Street from the many scenic lookouts and quiet beaches along the hiking trail. The Tanglewood track portion has a variety of forest types including eucalypt forest, woodlands, wallum heathland, melaleuca wetland and rainforest in addition to plenty of birdlife and the chance to see dolphins and whales at certain times of the year.
