As our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind. If the print arrives damaged or faulty, we can assist further.
If your order arrives damaged or your find other issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide a photo of the print. We will provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you if you make a claim within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made to the original PayPal account or credit card used for the initial transaction and will be processed via our third-party payment provider (PayPal).
Please note that sales items cannot be refunded.
